Terms of Service

How SigmaGEX / SigmaBot may be used, and what we don't do.
TL;DR — SigmaGEX is options / gamma-exposure analytics for educational and personal-research use. It is not financial advice. Data flows from our licensed market-data provider's API; we don't take money, don't hold funds, and don't execute trades on your behalf.

1. What SigmaGEX is

SigmaGEX is a self-hosted options analytics application maintained by an individual operator. It ingests option-chain data from our licensed market-data provider, computes per-strike gamma / delta / vanna / charm exposure, surfaces expected-move bands and structural levels (call walls, put walls, zero-gamma), and optionally posts a subset of those views through a Discord bot ("SigmaBot") for interactive lookups.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms cover anyone who uses:

Using any of those constitutes agreement to these terms as they exist at the moment of use.

3. Not financial advice

Every number, chart, level, "read", and AI-generated commentary produced by SigmaGEX is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing served here is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or refrain from any security. Options trading carries substantial risk and can result in the loss of your entire principal. Consult a licensed financial professional before making trading decisions.

4. Data sources and accuracy

Option-chain data is fetched from our licensed market-data provider's API. Prices, Greeks, and derived metrics may be delayed, stale, or wrong. We display them as-is with no warranty of accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. Do not rely on SigmaGEX numbers for order placement.

5. Acceptable use

6. Availability

SigmaGEX is a hobby operation. Uptime is best-effort. Data pulls may pause during market outages, market-data provider maintenance, or local infrastructure work. No SLA is offered or implied.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated without notice. The date at the bottom of this page reflects the last change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
